V. Cold Area.

In Steel-Cable, cold area section, each worker worked alone. The production process was individual as only one worker produced one cable at a time. The layout of this section showed this: one worker per machine. This distribution hid the fact that the steel cables, made with the steel produced in Furnaces, were elaborated collectively, determining worker´s perceptions.
